This past weekend I shot my first beach wedding.  It was amazing and I already can't wait to shoot another!

Becca & Chris | A Village Wedding

They called it a 'village wedding.'  Becca and Chris have known each other for over a decade.   Trough the years, their friends and family have intertwined into a close-knit community.  Although they were "just friends" for years, it was only a matter of time that Becca and Chris would get together.  As their relationship strengthened and they grew closer as a couple, they began to seek deeper friendships with those around them.  They fostered these friendships over dinners, book clubs, concerts, beer, and church. They live life together with those that they love.  As their wedding approached, friends from all over jumped in to help these two get married.  The decorations, reception, pies, and music were a collaboration of those who love Chris and Becca.  That's why they call it a village.  The ceremony was a celebration of their relationship and how the Lord has brought them together.  And their reception...well, that was one heck of a party!  Chris and Becca,  congrats on your marriage!  You've got quite the village standing behind you and cheering you on.  (Details of the wedding were designed by the talented Hannah Lowman.
