A 'major' engagement

Meet Robb and Camberly.  They are awesome.  I've met them since I moved to Richmond and am very thankful to call them both, friend. They are creative so working with them was a dream. We decided to 'go big or go home' with this shoot and I'm so glad we did.  These images capture Robb and Camberly's fun loving spirits and care for each other perfectly.  Their wedding is just around the corner and if these images are a glimpse of the details that will be involved in their wedding, than that's another post you will not want to miss out on.  Congrats to the two of you!  Just a few more months till you become Mr. and Mrs. Major - can't wait to celebrate and shoot that day! Here and there.

I've been blessed with the opportunity over the past few months to travel to Romania, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and California.  Although traveling is my heartbeat, there is something special about coming home and processing.  Its been an adventurous fall documenting stories of love, bondage, redemption, family, vows, honor, and courage.  Everyone has a story. I'm finally learning to listen and ask the questions that allow the person to share.  There is so much beauty around the world, in each story, in each heart.  I'm blessed to capture it.  Here's a mini recap of some of the folks I've met.

As promised....yes, it is 7:30 on a Friday night, but someone was so kind in reminding me that my post was still due.  So, as promised, I give to you a full post (finally!!).  Ashley and Dave are an adorable couple that I'm SO excited about shooting their wedding in just a few weeks!

It has been quite the season for engagement shoots!  A friend kindly called me out the other day on only posting previews lately (thank you!), and Its true....Ever since returning from Romania, life has gone 0-60 with shoots popping up left and right (Thank the Lord).  My goal today is to get a full shoot on up here.  Thanks for your patience!
