I can honestly say that I feel like I've known Nikki for forever.  We both grew up in the same church but really connected during the summer of 2001 when we went on a trip to Ghana, West Africa.  Our love for Africa instantly bonded us.  Over the years we have continued to catch up during Christmas breaks, summers, and even another trip to Africa.  Nikki met her husband, Ian, while I was living in Kenya.  It was a joy to hear about their relationship and "see" it unfold as I was able to talk to her frequently on Skype.  Nikki always had something exciting to say about Ian as their relationship progressed and moved onto the next level with an incredible proposal in France!  It is amazing how perfectly they were made for each other.  I'm blessed to have shared part of their wedding day with them.  Nikki, you are one beautiful bride!
